XXI SOLI begins in Sicilian soil before it reaches the still. Wheat, corn and plums are not simply selected: we grow them ourselves in Sicily and follow their time, so the origin of every bottle begins long before the first distillation.

The wheat for XXI SOLI is grown by us in Sicily and preserves the oldest gesture in the collection. It is sown by hand and harvested by hand, through a deliberately slow method, without chemical treatments. This is not nostalgia; it is a way of remaining close to the origin of what will enter the bottle.

DiscoverCorn is not naturally part of the agricultural tradition we have chosen to follow in Sicily. For XXI SOLI it is not simply purchased: we grow it for our own production on the island. A variety selected for its high starch content is cultivated with agronomic techniques adapted to local conditions, through a manual process and without chemical treatments.
It is the most demanding harvest in the collection. That is precisely why it exists.

DiscoverThe plums for XXI SOLI are grown by us in Sicily and follow another rule: wait. They grow without chemical treatments and are destined for production when the harvest reaches the character we seek. Here, time is not corrected. It is respected.

Distillation is carried out in deliberately small lots. When the twenty-one-cycle process is complete, the finished distillates are brought together to form one final batch.

Every XXI SOLI expression is released in a defined quantity: 1,000 individually numbered bottles. 001/1000. 002/1000. 003/1000. Until the last.
When a harvest ends, that harvest is closed. The number does not merely tell you how many bottles exist. It tells you which one you own.

The first 500 bottles of each harvest are allocated at an opening price of €555. As fewer bottles remain, the harvest enters successive allocations and the price rises according to a scale defined in advance.
No sales. No promotions. No return to an earlier price. Price follows the rarity of the harvest.

Every bottle of XXI SOLI is hand-delivered to your berth, yacht club or marina concierge across the Mediterranean. Marina delivery is part of the XXI SOLI service.

XXI SOLI is a private Sicilian spirits house of the TF HOLDING group, operated by TEHNOFARM S.R.L. (1992). It produces vodka in three revealed expressions — GRANO, MAIS and PRUGNA — from raw materials grown by us in Sicily, through twenty-one complete distillations with solar energy, in 1,000 numbered bottles per harvest.
In Sicily, by us, for our own production: wheat sown and harvested by hand, corn grown deliberately with dedicated agronomic techniques, plums that follow the time of the harvest. All without chemical treatments. We claim no certification for the cultivation.
Twenty-one complete distillation cycles, carried out in small lots and then brought together into one final batch. Not repeated filtration and not a symbolic number. The energy used for distillation comes exclusively from a solar source.
Exactly 1,000 individually numbered bottles per harvest, from 001/1000 to 1000/1000. When a harvest ends, it is closed and is not reproduced as the same harvest.
Through ascending allocation: the first 500 bottles of each harvest at €555, then successive allocations with a rising price according to a scale defined in advance. The last ten bottles (991–1000) are destined for auction and 1000/1000 is The Last Sun. No promotions, no return to an earlier price. The price applicable to a request is confirmed by the Client Advisor.
Only to marinas, yachts, yacht clubs and concierge desks across the Mediterranean, from Monaco to Malta, Sicily included. No residential delivery. Sale and delivery remain subject to the rules of the customer's country and the country of delivery.
The fourth expression exists. Name, origin and date remain confidential until the presentation, which will reach members of Private List IV first.
Through the passport: expression and number printed on the label and on the certificate. The digital registry opens with Release I; until then every verification is answered personally by the Client Advisor.
XXI SOLI is a private spirits house of the TF HOLDING group, operated by TEHNOFARM S.R.L., a company established in 1992. The first collection is born in Sicily and brings cultivation, distillation, numbering and private service into a single system of provenance.
XXI SOLI joins a number and a word. Twenty-one — the complete distillation cycles. Soli — the suns of Sicily that power them. The name describes how the vodka is made.
